Technical Data Administrator

To support the Technical Team to deliver the departmental strategy regarding product development and sample production. You will play a key role in maintaining and updating all technical department systems, as well as collecting, analysing and presenting data for all technical department needs. You will take a proactive approach in all tasks that are required, using effective communication skills to nurture internal inter-department relationships to assist in the delivery of product development projects and customer samples. 

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Compiling and reporting of department KPI’s
  • Setting up and maintenance of finish and wet end Bill of Materials
  • Control of Chemical registry (IMDS, TDS, MSDS) and stock management systems
  • Analysis of trial data to support customer and internal development activity
  • R&D schedule set up and updates
  • Set up and update all sample order check lists

 

Experience Desired

  • Experience in using data lead approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent computer skills and Microsoft package proficient.
  • Displays characteristics to go above and beyond. Is flexible and nimble and has willingness to learn and challenge.
  • Enjoys working with data and software packages.
  • Knowledge of data handling and analysis software such as PowerBi/Minitab preferred.
