Quality Administrator

Role Purpose
Reporting to the QA Assurance Manager and QC Manager, the Quality Administrator role will be responsible for assisting with Quality Assurance and Quality Control supporting duties including administrative tasks supporting both the QA and QC teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Administrative support for the Quality Team e.g. document control, control of calibration records and other administrative support tasks as required.
- Ensure that paperwork & data records are accurate, up to-date & issued accordingly
- Assist with document preparation for Customer approvals
- Assist with preparative work for Quality Assurance audits.
- Preparing reports on Quality performance eg. KPI’s
- Effective time management – works effectively and accurately whilst under pressure
- Operates to high standards – produces accurate and professional work
- Timely and accurate production of all documents
Experience Desired
- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Can do, will do attitude – is helpful and supportive, is a team player
