  • Production Supervisor - Select and Measure

    Role purpose The role of the Select & Measure Supervisor is to assist the Production Manager (Finish and Despatch) in ensuring the safe and operational efficiency of day to day operations which guarantees optimum performance, achieving all relevant KPI’s, and fulfil customer demands whilst ensuring all company procedures and compliances (both internal and external) are fully met. The Supervisor will also work, in conjunction with the Production Manager (Finish and Despatch), on a variety of projects related to ongoing organisational improvements including, but not limited to, Health and Safety, Quality, Workplace Organisation, Environmental and Sustainability.

  • Production Supervisor

  • Senior Production Planner

    The role will be responsible for confirming order schedules with various customers, inputting these orders into the Microsoft Dynamics (MRP) operating system, completing necessary analysis and feedback to customers based on this analysis and capacity constraints, formulating production plans, and tracking orders from input to despatch. There will also be a requirement to complete ad hoc inventory and planning tasks to support the wider business planning and inventory management team.

    The Recycling Plant Engineer will operate and manage the process and machinery of the Recycling Plant. This includes various equipment from our Waste Water, Energy from Waste and Rendering Plant. The engineer will ensure that the Plant is operated safely and is effectively maintained. The principle purpose of the role is to ensure that the Plant operates continuously within the limits of the air and water discharge consent at all times.

  • Engineering Team Leader (Recycling Plant)

    The Recycling Plant Engineering Team Leader will organize the safe and efficient operations and engineering of the Recycling Plant. The principle purpose of the role is to ensure that all Recycling Plant operations continuously run within the limits of the discharge consents at all times, and minimize the levels of waste which leave the site. The Team Leader will maintain accurate records as required by company systems and regulatory bodies, and continuously seek to improve operational efficiency and environmental performance.

  • Technical Assistant

    To support the Technical Team to deliver the departmental strategy regarding product and process development and sample production. You will play a key role as the link between wet end and finish activities to ensure all relevant goals are met.   • Operations Trainer

    Reporting to the Operations Training Manager, this hands-on role is responsible for supporting the delivery of operational and apprenticeship training to drive individual growth and further business success. You will be responsible for delivering defined onboarding programmes, including operational health and safety, job assessments to confirm competence and supporting value added training to improve operational efficiencies. You will also support the apprenticeship programme and imputing data into the Learning Management System (LMS) as required.

    The Colour Matcher works closely with the Finishing department to ensure that products are finished in the correct colour within customer tolerances. This involves the preparation of mixes as well as providing high quality colour corrections in line with departmental targets to control the number of corrections required.
