    The role of the Team Leader (Cutting) is to support the Production Supervisor in ensuring the safe and operational efficiency of day-to-day production which guarantees optimum performance, achieving all production KPI’s, and fulfilling customer demands whilst ensuring all company procedures and compliances (both internal and external) are fully met.

  • Procurement Administrator

    The Procurement Administrator provides a key financial service to the operational functions within the Group. The key activity is to ensure that purchase orders are raised and managed in an efficient manner in line with business practices, ensuring that the business has all required stock and non-stock items whilst maintaining appropriate records from the financial perspective. The Procurement Administrator will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the Operational functions within the business by being actively involved in activities relating to stock management and the movement of product through the factory. The accurate upkeep of this information ensures that there is always clear visibility of the financial and operational position of the business.

  • Cleaner Team Leader

    The Cleaning Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the team working in a safe manner and working to the standard operating procedures. The Team Leader should maintain regular and effective communication with the team, ensuring that all operational and housekeeping tasks are completed daily which will support and maintain quality and workplace organisation standards. In addition, the Team Leader will work closely with the supervisors to ensure that the cleaning and the cleaning schedules are done to a high standard.

  • (PED) Perforating, Emboss and Drums Technician

    As part of the perforating team the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the rebuilding and installation of perforating tooling and skiving/splitting machinery as scheduled by the production department. In addition, you will carry out preventive maintenance routines on equipment as directed.

  • Frames Team Leader

    The role of the Frames Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day safe and efficient operation of the Frames, reporting to the Production Supervisors. The Team Leader should, at all times, support the Supervisor and be able to deputise for the Supervisor as and when required.

  • Cyber Security Administrator (IT)

    A Security Administrator works independently within the established procedures to ensure network security access and protect against unauthorized access, modifications, or destruction. They install, administer, and troubleshoot an organisation's security solutions. The Security Administrator will ensure the network's security, troubleshoot any access problems and should be meticulous and detail-oriented, with excellent technical and information security skills. Demonstrate skills at drafting security policies and training less technically skilled employees to be security conscious.

  • Colour Matcher x 2

    The Colour Matcher works closely with the Finishing department to ensure that products are finished in the correct colour within customer tolerances. This involves the preparation of mixes as well as providing high quality colour corrections in line with departmental targets to control the number of corrections required.
