Modern PLC controlled processing vessels in the beamhouse are a feature of our significant investment programme in state of the art technology.

Our modern beamhouse facilities and the high standard of our equipment, together with our on-going preventative maintenance programme, ensures that production planning and delivery schedules are achieved. Our resources have enabled us to have the advantage of additional fleshing and splitting machines to respond to increases in demand.

Through-feed samming with substance and area measurement is an option available to our customers who can be supplied with wet blue lime split grains or full substance hides in all weight ranges, substances and selections.

Naturally, we are in a position to supply selected wet blue full fleshes and croupons in specific weight ranges.
